Off-Site Storage Services Include


We take extreme care in packing each document, file or book.

Each item receives a unique barcode with content and indexing information, for easy retrieval at a later stage from our document management system, e-Tracker.


We will collect the boxes from your offices and deliver them safely to our warehouses.

On arrival the box, document and file is indexed, barcoded and scanned into location.

Part of the document management process is the verification of each box before packing these items onto our warehouse racking for storage.

Access / Retrieval

Should you require an archived document or file from the Tidy Files warehouse, simply fax or email a request through and we will retrieve and deliver the document or file back to you, by accessing our electronic records management system, e-Tracker.

We have various delivery options available to suit the urgency of your request.


The Tidy Files Electronic Filing System, e-Tracker, defaults the storage retention period to five years from date of receipt.

This however can be adjusted to your specific retention requirements. Confidential destruction options are also available.
